Leveling up is simple. As soon as you reach a new tier, you start earning rewards at that tier’s rate right away. No waiting, no delays.
Your tier status is locked in for the entire following calendar year, so you get plenty of time to enjoy the perks you’ve earned. Each year resets on January 1.
