Bluegrass Brunch ft. David Bingaman Hosted by Plant Bar

Join us for Bluegrass Brunch at Plant Bar — a California Sober twist on the classic brunch experience! Brunch to Bluegrass vibes performed live by David Bingaman while sipping on plant-based beverages, kava, seltzers, traditional teas, and craft coffee.

Brunch Bites Include:

Cheese & Pastries – a selection of artisanal cheeses and mini pastries

Sweet Plates – vegan matcha oatmeal with brûléed bananas (4 oz) or French toast sticks with brown sugar syrup, rose-infused butter, and rose sugar.

Boards & Toasts – seasonal and dried fruit board, plus veggie toasts: garlic hummus & microgreens / avocado & everything bagel seasoning / cream cheese with candied lemon & roasted peppers.

Smooth Shots – 3 oz beet, strawberry & coconut smoothies.
